Community Garden 2025 Events & Program Information

The Borough of Steelton is excited to begin another year of growing at the Mohn Street Park Community Garden! Here is our public event schedule, so stop by to learn more about this FREE program and reserve your plot:

  • Tuesday, April 15 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Penn State Health Visit
  • Saturday, April 26 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM– Community Cleanup
  • Monday, April 28 at 5:30 PM – Garden Committee Meeting (Virtual)
  • Saturday, May 17 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM– Annual Kickoff Event & Planting Day
  • Wednesday, September 3 from 5:00p to 7:00p – Cooking Class/Demonstration
